If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and/or you would like a replacement or you would like to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP to let us know the reason. We will arrange a replacement or a refund where applicable. You must return your items to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning unwanted goods. However, we will refund the shipping costs for defective items, subject to previous agreement made with us by phone or by email. Please allow 5-10 working days for processing refunds and replacements.
Upon receiving your returned items, you will receive a confirmation email or phone call. All returned items will be thoroughly checked and only then will a refund or replacement be accepted.
Shipping
UK shipping costs from 3.50GBP. Please allow 2-3 working days to arrive. There is an additional charge of 1.00GBP per every extra item that you purchase within each order.
